Laundromat FAQ

What hours are you open?

6AM to 11PM Monday through Sunday. In order to complete your laundry before the store closes and our attendants go home, we kindly request that you start you last load of laundry at 9:30PM. Thank you!

Is your laundromat attended?

Yes, from 8AM to 4PM daily.

Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?

We are a primarily app-operated laundromat via the Laundry Boss app. It's easy to use. Just download, add credits using a credit/debit card, and then operate the machines by scanning the washer or dryer's QR code.

However, if you do not want to use the app you area always welcome to use cash and coin.

Do you have large machines?

Yes, we have machines that can take up to 6-loads of laundry.

Wash and Fold Questions

When can I drop off my clothes?

8AM to 4PM daily.

What products do you use for wash and fold?

We use Kirkland brand detergents, softeners, and dryer sheets. This brand from Costco is highly comparable to Tide, Downy, and Bounce. You may, however, upgrade to Tide, Downy, and Bounce for a nominal fee.

How much does wash and fold cost?

Is there a minimum?

No minimums when you drop off and pick up.

What is the turnaround time for wash and fold?

As soon as next day for most orders, depending on order size and drop-off time.

Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?

No absolutely not. All orders are kept separate. This helps us keep your results hygienic and prevent loss.

Pickup and Delivery Questions

When do you pickup and deliver?

This is an on-demand service that can be scheduled at any time. However, driver availability will vary so please sign in to see available pickup and delivery times.

How much does pickup & delivery service cost?

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, a modest $30.

What is the turnaround time?

Most orders are ready next-day.

How do I schedule a pickup?

It is easy. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information.

Do I have to be home when you pick up or deliver my clothes?

You must give us permission in your account to leave your clothes if you are not going to be home for the delivery. Tell us where to leave them. We don't want to be responsible if your clothes go missing so we need written permission to leave them.

What if I want my laundry done a certain way?

There is a section called "Preferences" where you can let us know if you have any special instructions.

Is there a contract or long term commitment?

No there is not. You can cancel at any time.

How will I be billed?

Your credit card will be charged when your laundry order is completed.

What do you suggest I put my laundry in?

We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a secure trash bag that can be cinched closed.

What happens to my service if I go out of town?

You can suspend your service until you return. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
